Brian has significant experience in advising commercial business clients on corporate governance, financing and structure, mergers, acquisitions and sales.

Although Brian's advice has been sought throughout all industry sectors, he has a particular interest in information technology, intellectual property, manufacturing, product distribution and bloodstock. These activities of necessity also involve Property & Finance and Asset Protection issues.

Brian is a member of the International Bar Association, LAWASIA, Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand.
